Hi, I’m Teresa.
I graduated in 2016 with honors from the Lake Superior College, Duluth, MN, 624-hour Massage Therapy Program. While in school I studied Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Chair Massage, Hot Stone, Infant, Pregnancy, Senior, Sports Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Techniques, as well as Somatic Muscle Release and assisted stretching. Since graduation I have been serving as a member of the LSC Massage Therapy advisory board.
I became certified in Pediatric Massage Therapy through Liddle Kidz Foundation in May 2016, and became attuned as a Reiki Practitioner in July 2016.
In September 2017 I became a Massage In Schools Program instructor and am currently working to promote MISP in area schools.
My massage style has been described as being gentle and therapeutic. I use an intuitive approach along with a fusion of multiple modalities to meet each client’s needs.
I was born in Hibbing, MN but spent most of my childhood in Duluth, MN. As an adult I moved around quite a bit, until settling down in Esko, MN in 2006.
When I’m not working, I enjoying spending time with my family, being outdoors, camping, gardening, snowshoeing and reading.
