Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrival for an appointment may result in the treatment session being shortened in order to honor the appointment that follows. When the schedule allows, the full treatment session will be performed at the discretion of the massage therapist. In either case, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session scheduled.
No Show Policy
We ask that if you are unable to keep an appointment, please call at your earliest convenience. All “no show” appointments will be given a courtesy phone call. If a client no shows multiple times (2 or more), they will be asked to pre-pay for future services before scheduling.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash and credit cards. Checks may be accepted with prior approval. We do not accept insurance, but will be happy to provide documentation of your treatment if needed.
Informed Consent
Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit you will receive a copy of the business policies and procedures, and will be asked to sign the consent form stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the policies. Clients who have not been seen for an extended period of time may be asked to fill out this form again.
